Woodland Designs UK

So if any of you follow me on Instagram, you may recognise this little face ^^

Well... Her name is Bramble, and she is the most adorable hedgehog, even though I have never seen any other hedgehogs in my life. Anyway, she belongs to a lady named Leah, whom I am staying with currently. She is a brilliant designer and uses Bramble as her inspiration for the designs she creates for cards which she sells on Etsy.

Click here for a link to her store, I highly recommend checking it out.

Also... Here's a few photos from the Contemporary Arts & Crafts fair held at the Royal William Yard this past weekend, where Bramble came to visit Leah's booth...

When Moving To A New Country - Part Two.

So... Here comes round two of my ranting which hopefully helps one or two of you...

I have started to get a grip on my surroundings here in Plymouth, and am quite enjoying life. Things are still difficult considering I still don't have a proper base built, and my family and friends are all 1,600+ miles away. However; it is becoming easier the more I get used to it.

Today is national anti-slavery day in the UK, so I decided to write about an issue rocking our world today, human trafficking.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being able to photograph an event here in Plymouth called #WalkForFreedom.

When Moving To A New Country - Part One.

It has been two weeks and some extra change since I picked up all I knew and started my new life here in the UK. It has been an interesting experience, and I feel like I am already learning so much about myself and my surroundings.

Here are my observations thus far...

I Have Moved!

Yes. That's right... I am now living in Plymouth, UK.

I made the shift to this side of the world exactly a week ago and am so far enjoying every moment of it. I moved here for work and am settling in with ease.
